This project showcases a full custom rebuild and upgrade of a heavy-duty trailer deck loading system. The existing structure was cut out and reinforced with new steel, improving both strength and functionality for demanding, real-world use. A custom-built loading ramp system was fabricated and integrated into the rear of the trailer, featuring a roller-assisted design for smooth deployment and retraction. The ramp was engineered for durability and ease of use, with reinforced joints, precision fitment, and clean welds throughout
